The mission of the K-12 Ayer Shirley Regional School Counseling Department is to empower all students to reach their full potential in academic, social/emotional, and career/technical development, while instilling the values of high expectations, life-long learning, appreciation of diversity, and responsible citizenship. School Counselors are available and essential for all students.
